-   Setting up accounts helps us to know if the customer is genuine and prevents any kind of mishaps or frauds.

-   Also, convenience in shopping is a plus for you as you can track the status of your current and previous orders only if you have an account.

-   For orders within India there is a flat Rs. 150/- on COD charges.

-   Free shipping on all prepaid orders within India.

-   Please note that custom duties and taxes will be charged at the time of delivery based on actual duties charged by your country of the delivery address.

-   Once the order is placed, our production team will start to make your outfits to order.

-   We put a lot of love and care to make your order just for you. As a company policy, we do not provide refund on any product sold.

-   In case of any production defect, we will replace the piece at no extra cost to you.

-   International orders cannot be cancelled, returned or exchanged.

-   Please note that we leave enough margins for you to alter it yourself if the outfit has any size issues.

-   We also request our customers to go through our size chart before placing any orders.

-   On every product page, we have provided a standard size chart which can be used before making a purchase for the best possible fit.

-   If you do not see your size in the size chart kindly contact us via WhatsApp (+91 73047 25966) or via Email info@inchperfect.in and then you can provide us your measurements, and we will customize it for you according to your inches.

-   We can customize any outfit (subject to availability) for you.

-   Yes, We are a made to order brand and will gladly customize any garment to your size (Subject to availability only)

-   For all customized orders our delivery time is between 10-15 days.

-   We try our best to deliver all products before time.

-   In case of a damaged product please share an opening video through Email/WhatsApp as soon as you receive a package. If the customer does not inform us within 24 hours of delivery about the damaged product we cannot replace it for you.

-   Please send it back to us with your order no. After sending the product back & delivered to us, the team will check if the product is received in the same condition and then we shall fix the product or send you a fresh piece.

-   If you do not wish to receive another product in exchange for the damaged product, we will issue a store credit which will be valid for three months only from the date it is issued.

-   Please mention your name, address, number, email and order id on the parcel along with the size needed.

-   International orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

-   Only COD orders can be cancelled within 24 hours only.

-   Once your order has been processed, we are unable to cancel it.

-   Prepaid orders are not eligible for cancellations.

-   No hidden charges would be there, the price listed for every item is final.

-   Custom made orders may have some extra charges according to the custom design.

-   Unfortunately, we are unable to add any items to an existing order, however you can place a new order anytime.

-   If you wish to get your orders together you can let us know and we can dispatch the orders together.

-   For COD orders if you place 2 different orders, do not worry we wont charge you COD charges twice.

-   All orders are delivered within a maximum of 10-14 business days of confirmation of the order.

-   We are a made-to-order brand that customises products according to customer’s needs and requirements, so orders will be shipped after 7 days from the day the order is placed according to the availability and customisation specifications.

-   After being dispatched, it will be delivered in 3-5 days depending upon the area and pin code.

-   It takes 12-15 days for international orders to be delivered after it has been shipped from our end.

-   You have an option to exchange or send us back the damaged product only, we can fix and send it back to you.

-   We do not allow refunds on any products as each product is made to order according to your inches.

-   You can purchase your desired gift card from the “Gift Card” page on our website.

-   You will receive your gift card via email.

-   All the e-gift cards can only be used for purchases on www.inchperfect.in

-   If the total amount to be paid is less than the value of your gift card, then the balance can be redeemed on your next purchase.

-   If the order amount exceeds the Gift Card value, the balance must be paid online.

-   All the e-gift cards have a validity of 1 year from the date of purchase.

-   All e-gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash in part or full and is valid for a single transaction only.

-   All e-gift cards are not valid during sale or in conjunction with any special promotion.

-   All e-gift cards cannot be redeemed in order to purchase other gift cards.

-   We are not responsible if a Gift Card is lost, stolen, damaged or destroyed and no replacement will be provided in these circumstances.

-   Purchase or use of E-Gift Cards is governed by Inchperfect Gift Card terms & conditions.
