All orders are delivered within a maximum of 10-14 business days of confirmation of the order. We are a made-to-order brand that customises products according to customer’s needs and requirements, so orders will be shipped after 7 days from the day the order is placed according to the availability and customisation specifications. After being dispatched, it will be delivered in 3-5 days depending upon the area and pin code.

It takes 12-15 days for international orders to be delivered after it has been shipped from our end.

For orders within India there is a flat Rs. 150/- COD charge.

Free shipping on all prepaid orders within India.

International orders are not eligible for COD Payment.

There can be circumstances where order could be delayed due to covid-19 restrictions. Therefore, Tracking ID is available to check live updates. You will receive a WhatsApp confirmation once you place an order. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s) and the website tracking link.

An order will not be processed if the recipient's address is incomplete, illegible, incorrect or cannot be located. Inchperfect team will send a confirmation WhatsApp message before processing the order. A shipment shall be considered to be undeliverable if the recipient's address is incomplete, incorrect or cannot be located.

When you place an order, we have it freshly manufactured for you and shipped out. We don’t have a stocking-in policy and that is how we aim to stay sustainable. As a company policy, we do not provide refund/return on any product once sold. We undertake to ensure that every transaction at our website is seamless. We take superior care in delivering our products and adhere to the highest quality standards.


Exchange/Returns are not accepted if a customer does not like the material or colour of the dress, we suggest that the customer should read the product description and have a look at all the pictures listed before ordering.

Our products are made and handled by human hands involving various processes. There are bound to be variations in colour, finish and overall look. The colours you see on our website will depend on the accuracy of your monitor for which subtle variations must be acknowledged. Please don’t expect an exchange or return for the same. Items once sold are not taken back.

We at Inchperfect try our best to stay true to size. It is advised to look at our size chart or you can provide your own measurements before placing the order. If the customer still has any size issues with the product received, we always leave extra margins inside for you to alter it yourself.

If you would like us to alter it on your behalf, then send the outfit back to us at your own shipping cost and we can alter and send it back to you, as per the instructions provided by you. Any other changes except size alteration, will have Customization Fee that has to be paid by the customer. Customers will have to bear the shipping charges both ways in case of any alterations done by us.

Any pieces purchased during sale, discounts, bought with a coupon code and gift vouchers are non-returnable, non-refundable & non-exchangeable. Exchange/Return not accepted if the product is washed and worn.

In case of a damaged product please share an opening video through Email/WhatsApp as soon as you receive a package. If the customer does not inform us within 72 hours of delivery about the damaged product we cannot replace it for you.

Please send it back to us with your order no. After sending the product back & delivered to us, the team will check if the product is received in the same condition and then we shall fix the product or send you a fresh piece.

If you do not wish to receive another product in exchange for the damaged product, we will issue a store credit which will be valid for three months only from the date it is issued.

Please mention your name, address, number, email and order id on the parcel along with the size needed.

International orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

The customer has to bear the cost of return shipping. Kindly mail us on ( with your issue and your order no. 

Our team will get back to you with the return shipping cost based on your location and arrange for a return pickup.

Please mention “Return Shipment” as the subject of the mail.

You can cancel your COD order within 24 hours of placing the order. Please call us on (+91 73047 25966) or write to us at to request a cancellation. You will not be able to cancel the order by yourself on the website.

Prepaid orders are not eligible for cancellations.

International orders are not eligible for COD Payment or Cancellation.

You will also receive a confirmation call or message from our end before your order is processed. If the customer does not revert to the confirmation call or message the order will not be processed till the confirmation is done.
